1. Service Description

Malfara (malfara.com.ua) is an online AI-powered platform providing numerology and astrology-based personality analysis tools, including Destiny Matrix calculations, arcana readings, and compatibility analysis. All services are provided for ENTERTAINMENT AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

DISCLAIMER: Malfara does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind. Results generated by our AI tools are not predictions, guarantees, or professional assessments. They are intended solely as self-reflection and entertainment tools.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Malfara, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Users must be at least 18 years of age.

3. Subscription Services and Billing

Malfara offers a free basic tier and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at purchase. Billing is processed securely through Stripe. You authorize Malfara to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 calendar days of initial purchase if premium features have not been used more than 3 times. No refunds for subscription renewals. Full details: Refund Policy. Requests: molfarame@gmail.com.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) resell or commercially exploit the content without written permission; (c) reverse engineer or extract our algorithms; (d) create automated queries; (e) impersonate other users or persons; (f) upload malicious code.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, designs, and AI models on Malfara are the intellectual property of the operator. Our specific implementation, text interpretations, and AI outputs are proprietary.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MALFARA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THIS IS AN ENTERTAINMENT SERVICE; WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR FITNESS OF ANY CONTENT FOR ANY PURPOSE.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ukraine.
